The service does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookie files. Cookie files (so-called “cookies”) are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device of the Service User and are intended for using the websites of the Service. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time of storing them on the end device, and a unique number. The entity placing cookie files on the end device of the Service User and having access to them is the operator of the MWM Business Solutions Sp. z o.o. service with its registered office at 35-317 Rzeszów, Zakątkowa 10, NIP: 8133716084

Cookie files are used for the purpose of: – adapting the content of the Service websites to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of the websites; in particular, these files allow to recognize the device of the Service User and properly display the website, tailored to his individual needs; – creating statistics that help to understand how Service Users use the websites, which enables improving their structure and content; Within the Service, two basic types of cookie files are used: “session” cookies and “persistent” cookies. “Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored on the end device of the Service User until logging out, leaving the website, or turning off the software (web browser). “Persistent” cookies are stored on the Service User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

The following types of cookie files are used within the Service: – “necessary” cookie files, enabling the use of services available within the Service, e.g. authentication cookie files used for services requiring authentication within the Service; – cookie files used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect abuse in the scope of authentication within the Service; – “performance” cookie files, enabling the collection of information on how the Service websites are used; – “functional” cookie files, enabling “remembering” the settings selected by the User and personalizing the User interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region from which the User comes, font size, appearance of the website, etc.; – “advertising” cookie files, enabling the delivery of advertising content more tailored to the interests of Users.

In many cases, software used to browse websites (web browser) allows cookie files to be stored on the User’s end device by default. Service Users can change cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookie files in the web browser settings or inform about their each time placement on the Service User’s end device. Detailed information on the possibilities and ways of handling cookie files is available in the software settings (web browser).

The Service operator informs that limiting the use of cookie files may affect some functionalities available on the Service websites. Cookie files placed on the end device of the Service User and used may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Service operator.
